We provide service 24 hours a day. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We do check messages and return calls frequently during non-office hours.

Reservation Policies: We require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your reservation.  Cancellations are charged 50% of the contract (cancellations within 72 hours of the event will be charged 100%). If time exceeds contract by more than 10 minutes, additional time will be charged in 30-minute increments, due at time of services.  A Touch of Class is not responsible for unforeseen events. A Touch of Class reserves the right to substitute vehicle(s). A $150 clean-up charge will be applied for spillage inside the vehicle; $250 for self-inflicted sickness inside the vehicle; and $100 for on the outside of the vehicle; and there is a $100 fine for smoking in a vehicle.  Any illegal activities will result in termination of services w/o refund.  All passengers are subject to above.
