Reservations
We provide service 24 hours a day. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We do check messages and return calls frequently during non-office hours.

(Prices listed herein are subject to change. Our policy is to cover a 30-minute radius from Frederick for free--anything beyond this is subject to surcharges.)
Reservation Policies:
We require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your reservation. Cancellations are charged 50% of the contract (cancellations within 72 hours of the event will be charged 100%). If time exceeds contract by more than 10 minutes, additional time will be charged in 30-minute increments, due at time of services. A Touch of Class is not responsible for unforeseen events. A Touch of Class reserves the right to substitute vehicle(s). A $150 clean-up charge will be applied for spillage inside the vehicle; $250 for self-inflicted sickness inside the vehicle; and $100 for on the outside of the vehicle; and there is a $100 fine for smoking in a vehicle. Any illegal activities will result in termination of services w/o refund. All passengers are subject to above.
Inclement Weather Policy:
During inclement weather our normal cancelation policy will apply with one exception. If road conditions are dangerous, we will allow the customer to rescheule their reservation to another day without penalty.
